The CareFit Team is a multidisciplinary team consisting of academics from multiple different schools and faculties at Western Universities, academics from other Universities, community partners, highly qualified personnel, caregivers, and people with lived experience with dementia.

The team consists of a group of Brain Health and Geriatric Scholars along with our team of Community Partners outside of Western and Academia, and our funders - The Western Institute for Neuroscience (WIN).  Together we are working to create neuroscience research that takes place outside of the lab, and instead, neuroscience that begins and ends in the community.
